I have to say I bought this based on the negative comments. Yes it came in a box, what did you expect? I had to open it up and manipulate the leaves and branches, again what did you expect? I did put it in a bigger pot well, I didn't think the UPS guy was going to carry in a huge pot filled will something solid to hold up a 3 foot plus tall tree for that price. I put it in the sun and then the wind came and beat it up so yes the branches bent the wrong way but so did my 70 foot pine tree. I thought it was affordable and easy to assemble and exactly what the description said and my cat liked the box. I used some green tape to fix the branches and brought it in for the winter. Next time I buy one I won't be putting it so far away from protection from the wind. The sun didn't fade it either it stayed green. The only question I was asked was...Why do you have a palm tree in Wisconsin?? and I didn't have answer for that.
