I've been taking it for two months. My total cholesterol is 233, down from 261 (12% reduction); Triglycerides 122, down from 173 (42% reduction); HDL (good cholesterol) 66, up from 59 (11% increase); LDL (bad cholesterol) 143, down from 167 (30% reduction); Chol/HDL ratio 3.53, down from 4.42 (25% decrease). My goal is to get the LDL below 100. I'll come back and report in a couple of months.
