I purchased this because our other camera died on us and we needed one. We purchased 2 others and returned them because we didn't have a feature we truly need. That feature is real-time viewing. My husband sits with the camera view up to watch for mail and deliveries when he knows we are getting something. We've been the victim of package theft a few times. This camera is so easy to put up. You can use it outside or inside. There is no batteries as it is charged via usb cable. The night vision is spot on! My husband put a piece of tape across the light because it was attracting buggies, so we have our yellow porch light on with it and it works well. I highly recommend this security camera, which is great for a fantastic and easy to use camera.
