Keter Factor Large 4 x 6 ft. Resin Outdoor Backyard Garden Storage Shed I am very happy with this storage shed. The delivery was on time, it was delivered quickly and the shippers were friendly and professional. The following day, 3/10/17 I had it installed in the only small space it would fit as the space is quite long, but limited in width, which is one of the reasons I chose Keter Factor. The installer, who had never installed this type of shed before, was excellent. I have a very even brick backyard area in my condo, and it was suggested by Keter that I place it on treated plywood, however, the installer had another idea, he actually built a base with treated 2" X 4"s and placed the plywood on top, just to be certain there would be no water problems if it rained, and for strength and stability. It is very strong. I was concerned about the installer coming alone because I was told it takes two people. He completed it in 3 hours, including setting up stand alone shelving units that I already owned, and placing them in the storage unit. My plan at this time is to fill it with filing boxes on the shelves, and I will have other uses for it when I complete my current project. The installer was amazed at how the skylight looks like an electric light and how much light came through with both the skylight and window. I am also amazed and so pleased. I called Keter several times for information before making the purchase and they were very pleasant and helpful. Even advising me when I sent photos of the area, and letting me know the differences pros and cons of the two sheds that would fit in my area. I have not yet placed any items in the shed, but I checked it very well because I was concerned that the installer may have taken shortcuts since he was alone and completed it so quickly (this is because of some reviews of the shed I read previously). The roof seems very strong and I could not budge it at all. I do live in Southern California, and the area the shed is in is between my building and a very large building next door, therefore, there may be no concern about wind. I had been looking for a shed for many months, that would fit in my uniquely shaped space and previously ordered a lean to, but chickened out when I read how difficult it was to install and how flimsy it was. I'm very happy that I made the right choice
