I got this for my wife to use at work 2 months ago and it works well. It is used lightly so we did not want the internal tank as is in other Kcup machines that can develop mold if left to sit unused for long periods. I read some reviews that talked about this coffee pot not working and having to press the brew button multiple times to get one cup, but it was cheap enough so I ordered anyway. About one month in, my wife tells me that same story and thinks it’s broken. The manual says to clean the Kcup probe if that happens. Just a quarter twist of the probe releases it from the underside of the lid. I used a paper clip to push out the grounds that were really packed in there. I had to push through the sides, down through the top, rinse and repeat a few times to get it all out. A regular rinsing will prevent that from happening again.
