Great foot support, but not cheap
I bought these because I was taking a trip where I walked 500 miles across Spain, and I put them in myu shoes . They worked great for the 15-19 miles per day we walked for 34 days of pounding on my arthritic knee. I felt good every day and the pain in my knee gradually went away with these. One thing you have to do with these is remove the old insole that comes with the shoe or your heel will stick out of the shoe too high.
It comes with a one year warranty, and there is a good chance you may have to return them if you use them as much as I do. I've had them for about 6 months. I hike an hour per day in addition to that trip to Spain and they are just now starting to look a little worn down. I have to say that I am amazed at how resilient they are. I am 6'5" and 260 lbs and hike and or run every day and lift weights 1.5 hours a day and they've held up. I'm my humble opinion that is a hell of a test for any insole.
