Securely comfortable around neck and cool, although may sound loud to some.
The product is a bit heavier around neck than I expected & may generate heat in the summer. Other than that, I love the coolness generated on 3 Volumes. The battery charge lasts long enough to be out for the day. Hot Flashes is rough & this is good for that.
