1st time tried this. Have 2 very large and hairy dogs that like crashing brush so get itchy. As other reviewers stated, nice scent in bottle but doesn't hang on the dogs after. Smelled like clean dogs. Both were itching before bath and stopped after shampooing, massaging in and letting soak to skin for bit. I have a border collie / long hair retriever mix with 2 different types of coats. Does lather up nicely but unless you have fine-haired or small dog, you're going to use same amount as any decent shampoo. The lather was very rich and that helps get out stickers, grass, etc. from thick coats very easily (while lathered up) so that was nice. It seems this product doesn't strip all the fur's natural oils off like some harsh soaps / shampoos so why some folks may have noticed easier to dry (oil free dog hair soaks up water like sponge). But on my fur mounds of dogs didn't really notice any difference in time spent there? Overall, decent for what got for...itchy skin...but much more expensive than others that do the same for everything else. I would recommend to owners with sensitive skin pets as shampoo is milder sort. {Editing to note after use that no difference in coat softness week later and started itching again after 2 wks]
