I am a retired physician and take these vitamins personally. I recommended them for all my patients. They contain virtually everything a busy, non-compliant eating regimen requires :-) . I do suggest only 1 or 2 per day as 3 is "overkill" for most adults. I did extensive research prior to recommending these and have faith in both this product and the other products from Nature's Way.
