This is my first high-end knife. It arrived with the royal look and feel packaging. Ideal packaging to give it as a gift to some who loves to cook. After opening, first thing I did as to see if it can cut through a paper …wow…it was razor sharp..It took some days to get adjusted to the knife. This knife needs to be handled very carefully. I love this knife. I bought a “King” brand whetstone KING Japanese Sharpening Stone Whetstone Combination Grit, 1000/6000for sharpening the knife. The seller gave some pdf document via email on tips to sharpen the knives. I will recommend this knife. It’s worth the price.
