I have a cat who has been obsessively licking her side to the point of baldness. I bought this as an alternative to the cone of shame. Similar thoughts to what other reviewers have expressed - the neck hole seemed a bit snug at first but it fits her fine. She's kind of confused by the whole thing still - she's walking around and shaking her legs every few steps - I don't think she likes that the leg holes are pretty form fitted (i.e. she can feel them rubbing when she walks). But it fits well and serves it's purpose so far - which is to stop the obsessive grooming. I'm hopeful that she'll figure it out and get used to it. She's 13" from neck to tail base, 10 lbs. I bought the XXS and it fits her well. I had a heck of a time figuring out what size to go with based just on back length - I would've liked to have seen a weight component on their fitting guide too just to have both values. I went ahead and made a table of all of the values people had been kind enough to put here in their reviews regarding what they ordered for their pets and how it fit. Hopefully other people find it useful!
