Initially I was not to happy/pleased with the mattress. Although it Inflated fairly Quickly to the 10inch, for me it was just too firm. (Not saying it will be for you) However after my writing of the review and the seller realizing my unhappiness, they took the time to follow up and see exactly what it was I was not pleased with. After speaking with the rep, although they did not have to, they offered to send me a very nice 2inch Mattress topper to see if it was more of my liking and also offered to give a full refund if it wasn’t! But sure enough, it was!! the topper was exactly what I needed!! I am changing my review from 3 to 5 stars not because they asked me too, but because they listened to the consumer and took the time to reach out and solve the problem while also making sure I was happy with the product! Thank you again customer service! Much appreciate.
