I had already bought the Apple brand cover. It's very nice but it didn't lie flat, so I thought I'd give this brand a try. Other than the outside being of a different but quite acceptable material, it's exactly like the Apple cover. And, it lies flat. I'd totally recommend this cover to anyone, ahead of the Apple brand. The cost is quite a bit less, too...can't beat it.
