I started using these buds 3 days ago. Fitting and appearance is 5 star. No dangling like airpods. Call quality is good, no drops. Automatic repairing as soon as you remove the buds out of charger box is awesome.Very nice pair of buds to own. One of the product picture shows these come with ear plugs of different sizes with guide tips, i only got round ear plugs, but not he winged guide tips that will be useful in setting them properly in ear. But without them also they hold, so i am good. but just letting other buyers know. The only gripe is the sound amplification from buds could have been more louder, the output falls short of any other wired or bluetooth headset. To set a context, if you are in a noisy place like in flight, you may hardly hear what is playing. If you are in a crowded place like markets then also its hard to hear the output. Inside a car (or) office or home, these hold good in all respects. There is no sound adjustment on the buds, they rely on the volume the connected device can pump may be. on a scale of loudness 1 being not heard, 10 being output from a noise cancelling bose headset, these stand at scale 6.
