This is SUPER EASY to assemble if you have three hands and one of those hands is attached to an arm that's twice as long as your regular arms (the hand on the extra long arm should also have six fingers and two thumbs). Then it's a breeze and should only take 3 or 4 hours. There are about 150 parts, so it's no big deal. There were four machine screws left over when I was finished, so I guess technically there were only 146 parts to the grill. It remains to be seen whether those four left over screws were really necessary or just bonus parts, like that hidden track on your favorite album. I'm not sure how well it works yet, I'm still recuperating from assembly.
