Ok, so let me start off by saying this thing is great! Very happy with the product. It lasted us 4.5 years and I just now had to buy a new one because the legs completely rusted out. See the attached images. If you live in an area with a lot of precipitation or close to salt water it will eventually rust. Recommendations - (after contacting their customer support) Before you assemble the legs that you can spray a coat of clear Rust-oleum to help make sure it will last a very long time. If you live for example in an area like the Texas gulf cost and you get a lot of rain..... the legs will rust at some point. Nothing you can do about it. You also have the option just to buy a new pair of legs. If you contact their customer support they will send you the direct URL path to buy from them direct. This system is pretty good and I would say for 2 to 3 people's food waste (we cook a-lot) that 1x tumblr should get you by. Tips - Knowing what I know now. I would have just bought 2x tumblrs from the beginning. With 4 chambers constantly rotating and you giving the compost worms, maggots, bacteria more time to break it down you will have the best compost and literally no food waste going into the landfill. Oh yeah...DO NOT forget to add browns into the mixture! Most newbies keep adding and adding without adding dried out leaves, browns, etc. Then they get upset at the smell and how moist the compost is. I would even take the brown bags (e.g. McDonalds, Jersey Mike's, etc). ...... (no food residue of course) and I would run it through my paper shredder (smaller the better) and add it to my mixture and it absorbs and mixes perfectly. You will figure out the rest....composting is so easy, I wish I would have started doing this earlier in my life. Almost no food waste in our house. Overall THUMBS UP! Good price and the product lasted very long under lots of rain and humidity. I hope this review helps somebody out. When you take the time and share knowledge we all benefit.
