I bought this and 2 C100 models for the 3 Toto toilets I have in my house. The installation of both models was simple. The only difficulty was that two of the three did not have an electrical outlet nearby. Our family had become accustomed to the wet cleansing wipes which we learned was a hazard not only to our own waste lines, but to the city's sewer systems. After a blockage that required an expensive cleanout, I decided to install these units to eliminate use of the wet wipes and to reduce the amount of toilet paper we use. We love these units and are very happy with the purchase. In Hawaii, they are so popular, the local Toto store was out of stock. Also, they were much more expensive. All three units arrived in great shape with all parts and instructions included. Although the expected delivery dates were initially about a month in the future, they arrived within a couple of weeks. The C200 has a separate remote control but other than that, functionality is the same. If you have family members that get confused by tech gadgets, the C100 is the unit for you. If you have limited space around your toilet, then the C200 will require less space. Both are great products.
