I am a self professed travel cup and thermos geek. It drives my wife crazy that I've collected apx 15 travel cups (trying to find one good one), and the cabinet is full. I've always searched for a cup the won't spill, has enough capacity,STAYS HOT for a long time, and can be disassembled for a complete cleaning. Stanley has done it. I won't use any of the other cups I've collected, and they are all going to Goodwill. This cup takes a beating, cleans easily, won't spill, and insulates better than any other travel cup I have tested. I poured a coke with ice in the Stanley Cup on Saturday and forgot it on my work bench. Came back Sunday afternoon and grabbed the cup and heard the tinkle of ice cubes. Now that's good thermal retention. I pour coffee at home and go to the office and even 7 hours later the coffee is still hot. I've found the last cup I'll ever need to buy.No more stained shirts from the drippy Nissan cup, so long Starbucks cup that can't be cleaned, bye bye Contigo that can't be taken apart.
