I am just beginning to train for a half marathon and knew I needed to track my runs and listen to music and holding my phone while I run was just now an option! I am very happy with this running belt. The major thing I was worried about was bouncing but the belt stayed in place during my entire run, I forgot I was wearing it for the majority of my run.
