The label is correct. External use only. Ten hours ago I took a thirty-second swig. Huge mistake. Firstly, they added something nasty to it making it taste horrible. Similar to eating soap but more bitter and seemingly everlasting. Secondly, my tongue is fried. It burns. I can't taste. And it's still blue from the dye. Don't be an idiot like me. Do not put this in your mouth. Based on my oral experience, I am sure this product is an extremely effective disinfectant, however.
