I have developed arthritis in my ankles and feet and stiffness in my calves. I was looking for something that would help increase blood circulation to these areas. This product really fits the bill. It is easy to use. Just two modes and three pressure settings but that is enough for me. I usually use the mode that does the feet first and then the calves and then repeats the sequence for 20 minutes. I start at the first pressure setting for 20 minutes and then switch to the second pressure for 20 more minutes with a 10 minute break in between. I have only used it for four days so far but am already feeling some relief from the pain and stiffness. Not sure it will be a full cure but this is the next best thing and it is drug free. I also have been exercising which helps a lot. Cannot walk to far due to the pain but can still bicycle which is great for working the ankle joint and getting the blood circulating. This products is a great addition to my routine. A post exercise medical treatment you can do while reading or watching TV.
