This product is a good value and seems to boost my metabolism. It contains resveratrol as well as quercetin and several other antioxidants that work together to boost cellular function. One of the problems with resveratrol supplements generally is the low bioavailability of this compound (because it gets extensively metabolized in the GI tract). The bioavailability of the resveratrol in this supplement is enhanced because the other antioxidants it contains get competitively metabolized by the same enzymes. The only gripe I have is that the label could more clearly indicate the precise amount of resveratrol each capsule contains. Each 600 mg capsule contains 300 mg of resveratrol (from Japanese knotweed) and each bottle contains 60 600 mg capsules (I had to email the manufacturer to clarify these facts).
