The oil smell is terrible and we have been using it with coconut oil and essential oils to try and mask the smell but will try peppermint oil as recommended. Even though the smell is so bad it has been exceeding my expectations. My 4 year old son suffers with extreme eczema and we have tried everything. We use a steroid cream 5 days on 5 days off. On the off days we use hydrocortisone. He is on an antihistamine that we need to alternate to make sure he isn't to prone to one. He is creamed with eucerin 3 times a day. Ever since we started using our neem oil concoction he is hardly itching, his skin doesn't feel as dry and is Finally clearing up! I am so glad someone finally recommended something that works!
