Breakdown: First it arrives in 3 different boxes, which is convenient since I have to carry up the stairs of my apartment. Otherwise it would be too big. Second, easy to assemble, however you need to have a screwdriver (suggestion to seller, include a screwdriver). Since I had a drill, the few screws needed to assemble went fast. Lastly, once assembled it looks great, exactly as described and works as described too. After sitting on the sofa, the support is great! Firm on the bottom plush with support for the back. Overall great price, great product, great service.
