"UPDATE" After being contacted by the seller and assured that they had no idea that their product was being resold after its been returned I decided to update this review. People need to realized that the company that produces the product isn't responsible for what happens once it's at Amazon. Products are being returned to Amazon and put back into circulation to be sold. Between myself and a family member we've had night vision scopes show up with screens froze, red dot sites with the laser broke, scopes that were dented and didn't adjust correctly. That's just to mention a few. Remember don't bash the product or the manufacturer if something similar happens, they aren't in control of shipping and returns. Don't you hate when you order something "NEW" and get something used. This was no exception. The entire end with the lights on it is scratched, the lenses for the flashlight are barely see through. And the cover has a descent gouge in it as well. When charging from complete discharge it only seemed to take around an hour before it was almost full and was very warm to the touch. Very concerning as heat is an indicator of over charging.
