I've used this for two weeks now and not changed anything else in my dietary routine. My wife has been taking it too. We have both noticed an increase in overall energy - not a coffee jag, but a gentle uptick. I have also noticed a reduction in discomfort and stiffness in arthritic fingers and joints. I'll review further after taking this for a longer time. The product itself seems fresh and packaging is good - foil envelope easy to reseal and expunge air. I push as much air out as possible and then store it in the frog. later review: It's now a couple of months, and I'm re-ordering. The indicators mentioned in my earlier review have born out: more energy and reduction in joint stiffness and arthritic symptoms overall. The powder has kept well in the refrigerator, sealed tightly, and we find its earthy flavor, which some may find getting used to, is fine on cereal, hot and cold, and mixed in smoothies with fruit juice, banana, and strawberries. We will continue to order from these folks.
