Not a coffee or soda drinker
2 pills is the serving size for 100mg of caffeine. I don’t sleep well and have 2 small kids. Started working out and diet pills give the worst jitters, so I needed a small dose caffeine pill. These pills are AMAZING!! Sometimes I only take 1 (50mg) just to wake myself up. I’ll take 2 if I’m working out. I haven’t felt any withdrawals or jitters. I’m very pleased with this product.
