I want to preface this review by saying that it is rare that I write a review. However, I feel it necessary in this case so that any customer knows what they are purchasing. I got this pack not long ago due to the fact that I have an older camelbak that I plan to give to my son. I was looking to replace it with something comparable, but did not want to spend the $150 that I did on the camelbak. I got this pack and went over it very well. And for the price, I don't think that you can find anything better. This pack rivals if not surpasses the camelbak that I have. On to my next point, the customer service. The customer service experience that I had is what prompted me to write this review. About a week after I got the pack, I had used the pack once and was cleaning it. Well, the connection between the tube and the bladder (screw in) broke. This was probably my fault, so I figured that I was SOL. I contacted customer service via email and within hours I received a response. Mind you, this was a Sunday night. And by Monday morning I had a new bladder and tube on my way with a tracking number. Now, my breaking the tube is by no means a reflection of the quality. The part where the tube screws into the pack is very well made, and in my opinion, a wonderful feature. It is much better than the click in style that camelbak offers. I feel it is much less prone to leakage. Anyway, this is a great product backed up by even better customer service. This pack rivals that costing three times the amount, and I think that Teton has a new customer for life.
