Who knew? My gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance and other allergies come from my not digesting food properly. Apparently, some foods have to be broken down in the stomach before it enters the intestines where most of the immune system is. If it is not properly digested, the immune system sees the food as foreign matter and goes nuts trying to rid the body of the invader. As a result, organs are attacked by the immune system, all because food is not digested properly. My problems disappeared when I took this product, actually I take more than the label recommends. I had to search for the right amount. Other family members are searching for their level. This low HCL problem is genetic. I wrote this long review for others to benefit. Research the scientific sites regarding gluten intolerance and low HCL for verification.
