Rani, Rani, Rani. How do I love you? Let me count the ways.
Not all Indian spices are hot. This is sweet/savory. Cardamom always a good thing like mace. Garam means warm. Not hot. I add to Kodiak pancake mix, also on Amazon, for depth of flavor. People love it but they can't tell why. Add to cinnamon buns, cinnamon toast, hot chocolate, get the drift? Pumpkin pie spice gone sophisticate. Pecan pie. Dust custard. Following me? I love it in my oatmeal for goodness sakes.
