I have anxiety and as a result I also have in neurological disorder (BFS) that causes twitches. In order to minimize the twitching I have to control the anxiety. I try to do all of this with natural and homeopathic remedies. I was very pleased with this product as it makes me feel more calm. I will definitely buy again in the future.
