this product deserves my review. I have struggled with constipation all my life. I have used stool softeners, miralax, enemas, prune juice, diferent diets and nothing. Last month it finally got to its worse when I had to go to the hospital and I was almost impacted meaning I hadn't use the bathroom for days and not even enemas were working. I was in so much pain that they gave me 9mg of morphine and it didn't do anything. I'm 41 years old and everything else with my health is great, I left the hospital that day determined to find a solution. I changed my diet to add more vegetables, more vegan products (I love red meats so I thought it might be that) and after reading the reviews I ordered this I received it two day after the hospital and started immediately. I read many people said it thickens quickly yes it does (so I bring to work this 64oz aluminum water bottle and I put one scoop there and as long as I shake the bottle with the amount of water and ice in it it does no thicken and I drink all day out of it sometimes I just mix it in 16oz and drink it at once so you can do it either way). Immediately meaning the same day I moved my vowels nothing colicky, nothing soft or runny just normal and for 25 days straight I have been going to the bathroom once and sometimes twice me the person that sometimes went 5 or 6 days without going to the bathroom. I tested further to see if it was the diet change or the product and went back to my red meats and regular food and still working like magic. I love this thing it saved my life. If I could give 100 stars I would btw way flavor is good too
