I selected and bought this cutter for my husband for Christmas. He had used a little hand held gismo-widget-thing for a year with not much success. Maybe he'd get 2 out of 5, if he was lucky. He was starting to lose interest in the whole thing. Enough of that. When I ordered the Creator's Bottle Cutter I was expecting it to give him a "little" more success, based on the reviews. Well, he used it for the first time yesterday. I was trying not to watch, and holding my breath. He cut 7 bottles, and got 7 perfect cuts. He spent several minutes just admiring the perfect breaks this cutter made. He even cut two square Jim Beam bottles and they came out perfect. note: you have to work at it a little more intensely, and the manufacturer says nothing about cutting square bottles, but he had to try, and we now have 2 perfectly cut, square, Jim Beam bases!! He was very pleased, and is now dreaming up ideas for future projects. This cutter far exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this over any other. Thank you - from Henderson, Nevada!
