It gave my wife who was in the last stages of cancer much comfort and it plus another used earlier was her constant source of comfort in these trying times. It performed admirably, and is very soft and comfortable. However don't bother lying for overnight delivery. We paid for overnight delivery since we desperately wanted it for her. It came on the second day fter setting for 24 hours in someone's shipping yard. Supposedly Ama zon will refund the shipping charge but nowhere on there web site can I find how to do that
