I liked how user friendly the product was. However after my first use of the product my spatula just came out. After my second use of the product my lamp quit working. Also the gold forms the kit comes with are useless. Update to my review: I changed my rating from 3 stars to five and I'll tell you why and I you won't believe what happened. After leaving my original review Markartt emailed me about my issues with the product very promptly. They wanted to know to what part of the product failed I assume to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Not only did I feel heard but they offered to fix my problems. It show the care about there customers and want to make sure they are selling quality products. Because of this they now have a customer for life.
