My 8 year old has been taking these and is can finally poop like a normal kid. She's been on Miralax since age two for chronic constipation (so, most of her life) Changes in her diet weren't enough to fix it. Her doc recommended a probiotic to help with constipation along with tapering down the Miralax. Tried Florastor but a pain to use. Found these when she was running out of Multi-vitamins and gave it a shot. Total life changer. After one week she had no more constipation, no more need for the Miralax-induced diarrhea. Very happy. Plus, they taste like candy.
