I bought the instant pot and loved it immediately. It was so easy to use and has so many functions. But after only a few uses, it broke. I looked online to see if the issue had been reported before and it had. The problem was, everyone who had the same issue said that instant pots customer service was terrible and really sketchy. I got upset thinking that I had just wasted over 100$ but when I contacted customer service that was not my experience at all. They were great and the sent me a brand new instant pot immediately. This time around it's working great! I use it at least 3 times a week. I barely use my stove anymore
