I had literally 6 different size curlers and one straightener prior to ordering this. I wanted one for years but the price was a bit much. I finally decided to dive in and get it and the first handful of times using it I HATED IT. My hair was not curling easily.. it just was not working. Luckily I didnt give up. I kept trying (even if I meant I would end up putting my hair in a bun after) till I eventually starting getting the technique down and noticing the I was slowly but surely using it better and better. After NUMEROUS attempts I finally am in love with this iron. It gives my hair the perfect amount of curl and saves me sooo much time from the traditional curlers. It took awhile but definitely worth the effort as I now curl my hair more to give it some volume and do it with ease and in about 15 minutes. (my hair goes down to the bra on my back to give you some idea on length)
