This is one of the MOST EFFECTIVE supplements I have ever used. I had NO idea how badly my lymphatic system was clogged until taking this for a couple of days. I felt like a different, more relaxed person over night! I am always fidgiting and moving trying to get comfortable because my body has been so inflamed, but after taking this, I physically feel so comfortable in my own skin now because I can relax and not be in pain from the inflammation.
