ORIGINAL REVIEW: "Horrible non-existence suction. Don’t recommend this product. In fact, I returned it and went back to using my old one." UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller, less than 24 hours after I posted this review. I was impressed with their generosity and kindness of heart, as well as their sincere care. I got the impression they are committed to the buyers and I was also informed I most likely received a defective product - which I believe. I don't usually encounter this degree of professionalism anymore, and their multiple messages restored my faith in well run, family owned businesses. I will be receiving a replacement product in the next week or so, and look forward to bumping my review to a full 5 stars when the product function matches their impeccable customer service. Well done to the sellers! LATEST UPDATE: Received the replacement product in very short time, it works perfectly, which confirms the seller’s belief that I originally received a defective one. The new one works like a charm, sturdy and functional. I must say, as happy as I am with the product, I am especially happy with the commitment of this company and their genuine interest in the satisfaction of their costumers, for that I would give them 10 stars!
