I am 5' 7", 140lbs and measure 32D", 27", 37.5" I am usually a size small (2-4), but after reading the reviews I decided to go with a size 6 and it fits perfectly! I have a rather longer torso than normal so I worried this would be too short for me, but it's not! The butt is a bit cheeky, but I don't mind that. After having 2 beautiful babies, I have a some stretch marks I wanted to cover but still show some skin at the same time and this suit is one of my new favorites!
