I like the case but wanted to add a screen protector to my iPad 10.2. I wrote to ZUGU company asking if I can add a screen protector. Below is the answer from their employee. Unfortunately our cases do not fair well with screen protectors at the moment. Since the internal shell is custom made it literally "hugs" the iPad when the iPad is in the case. Because of that, the edges on the shell ever so slightly come over the top/face of the iPad. Screen protectors usually fit the entirety of a screen, so the protector could come in contact with the case causing it to lift or bubble. I apologize for any inconvenience.
