I took a lot of time to get the details of this review right. This is a great product. I give it five stars for the following. Easily converts from flat storage to dolly to hand truck. It handles bulky and heavy loads that are usually reserved for heavy duty equipment. Very maneuverable in tight areas. Stores away without taking up much space. Perfect for household use. I give it three stars for the following. Like many other reviews state, if you're not careful you can smash a finger or two while collapsing it flat. The large wheels that hold the handle in place when folded are spring loaded. If you fold the handle over too fast the springs will take over and the the whole thing snaps shut similar to a mouse trap. Just take your time while folding it, keep your fingers out of the way, pay attention to how the mechanism works and you should be ok. You should replace the swivel casters. They are not up to the task. The wheels are made of plastic and are too small. Order the 3" casters that are "often bought with" at the same time you order this. You will save a lot of time. It was impossible to remove the nut holding the caster in place because the whole spindle would turn, even when clamping the other end with pliers. Take the cart to your local auto repair shop and have them spin the nuts off with an air wrench. Very quick and easy. The nut size is 11/16". The existing nut screws right onto the new wheel threads. Tighten with a large pliers holding the hex portion of the spindle and a wrench on the nut. Don't forget to reuse the washers too. This product would deserve 5 stars if not for being somewhat of a safety hazard. Also seems like they should have upgraded to better casters in the first place. But still very useful and I'm very happy with it. I think 4 stars is fair.
