This product is great! It will give that extra energy that you are looking for while not giving you all that extra filler stuff with it. You can mix it with many different things if you wish but it is good just with water, as well! It has helped out on the blood pressure levels and makes me feel like I can do a little more each day. The longer you take the better you feel.
