I bought this (in Medium) before Christmas to use on my dog for our long drive on Christmas Day. The product arrived on time, looks very nice and well made however, the Medium turned out to be too big and also had a couple of noticeable spots in the front. When Alice (Seller) contacted me I indicated I will not use it for those reasons. Alice immediately apologized and made every effort to correct the problem. She sent a replacement in perfect condition, perfect size and I received it before Christmas. That's Customer Care!!! Thank you Alice for the great product and First Class Customer Service!
