I have had chronic debilitating pain for 11 years due to Lyme Disease. Lyme Arthritis has been an ugly complication that has crippled me and limited my activities of daily living. Inflammation is a big problem. I have tried anti inflammatory OTC meds and curcumin capsules (powdered) without much relief.
