I have in the past used other inversion tables, but never one with massage and heat, so when I seen this one and the price I decided to order it, so I could have one available that I could go to when I was suffering with back and shoulder pain. Putting it together took about 45 mins and wasn't all that hard, there is only one part that you actually need help from another person, other than that I put it together myself. Easy to read instructions and also comes with the tools, even though I used my own. The 1st time I used it I was a little hesitant but it went pretty smooth, the grips on the feet area made me feel safe and secure and are adjustable for the size of your ankle. The massage pillow is great and a added plus, it has multi- mode massage settings with auto and manual selection for a complete massage experience, it also has a.4-Position adjustable safety pin for easy positioning and safer inverting over old strap systems. It has a large energy foam comfort backrest and padded removable head pillow, with soft touch foam handles.You will be so comfortable during your inversion, I invert twice a day, morning and night for approximately 10 mins each and I have seen a huge difference in my pain. I would highly recommend this inversion table. This product comes with a 1 year warranty which makes purchasing it even better.
