I bought this headset assuming it works with all phones but it didn’t work with my husband phone. The seller was super helpful when explaining that even though the phone fit into the headset, not all phones (like his Samsung J) support VR. Just make sure to check “gyro” under it’s sensors, especially if you have one of the lower budget model, all the standard/new ones support it. my husband was able to use the headset on my phone which was really fun for him. at the end of the day, we would have never figured any of this out without the help of the seller. He really made sure that we understood how to find the capabilities and use the headset correctly. excellent customer service.
