I have a 15 year old Terrier with Cushing's decease which causes him to have lots of accidents. When we started with the diapers I was worried that he would start to smell but the diapers do a good job absorbing fluid and odor. Only problem is that they kept sliding back and making it hard for him to walk with his arthritis, eventually they slid right of him. This seemed to be an issue that I saw in reviews across all brands. One day I found a pacifier clip that my daughter wasn’t using anymore and used it as a suspender to keep them up. Metal clip grips the diaper really well and the elastic hoop made it easy to loop through his collar. IT WORKED!!! Now the diaper stays in place and works Wonderfully!
