Super-easy 15-30 minute install, makes you want to use the bathroom (almost) because it's so gentle and soothing, saves a ton of toilet paper. I've installed two. (One on a round toilet and one on an oval one.) The only question that remains is how durable they are, since they are mostly thin plastic and seem a bit flimsy, but not alarmingly so. Actually put these in to take care of elderly parents, but will myself never go back to anything else. (A very helpful installation trick is to flip the unit upside down and install the line to the vulnerable plastic thread bit underneath first so that you don't cross-thread it and wreck it--all the other connections are very solid except for this one which requires some care and delicacy during installation.)
